BUILDING ON EXCELLENCE: The first and second year of the HPNG Latino
Leadership Conference showcased the great leadership and exemplary
achievements of the Latino community. Speakers from across the United States
demonstrated how their talents and abilities extend beyond the corporate world,
how Latino leaders are transforming the Hispanic community in impactful ways,
and how together we are developing the pipeline for future Latino leaders.
TOOLS FOR SUCCESS: Working off of last year’s success, the 3rd Annual HPNG Latino
Leadership Conference will offer the same focused look at professional
growth in the Latino community, as well as an insider’s perspective on what
Hispanic professionals can do to get ahead. This year’s event will focus on specific
employee strategies and 21st century tools Latinos can utilize to further educate
themselves, seek expert guidance, network within their industry, and ultimately
achieve their maximum potential.
FOR LATINOS, BY LATINOS: The HPNG Latino Leadership Conference is developed for and presented by Latino professionals. The event provides an excellent opportunity for Latino executives to gain insight towards building an inclusive business leadership pipeline and developing strong Latino corporate leaders, one executive at a time. Distinguished Latino leaders will showcase their leadership styles and methods, and multi-cultural recruitment professionals will share their perspectives “from the inside” of what companies are doing to keep their Latino talent pipeline growing.
RECRUITING AND ADVANCING: This conference focuses on two separate
audiences, those searching and developing talent such as recruiters, HR departments,
corporate leadership development divisions, as well as corporate professionals
looking for best practices on how to develop and manage their careers to their
maximum potential.
